Roof leaks can be caused by a variety of reasons including storm damage from hurricanes, high winds, old/worn shingles, damage from falling limbs, improper installation, and more. If you have a roof leak or think your roof needs to be repaired due to another type of damage, don't hesitate to call our team of roofers. A roof leak not repaired immediately can lead to a host of more serious issues and may lead to structural damage and mold. Additional common reasons for roof leaks include; roof vent malfunction, age, slope issues, tree fell on roof, flashing issues, gutter back-up, missing shingles and more. Occasionally, the missing shingle(s) can just be replaced. More often than not though, if the roof is an older roof, we recommend that the roof be replaced depending on the extent of the damage. Some roof leaks may be easy to detect while others are much more difficult to find. If you suspect a roof leak it is best to call for an inspection as soon as possible.
